To file a bankruptcy case, there are basically two costs:

At Kerry Steigerwalt's Pacific Law Center we have flat fees that will cover the work on your entire case. We can then break our fee down into small monthly installments you can afford. Bankruptcy attorney fees are based on a number of factors and all cases are different. We want to base your fees only on the work we will have to perform on your case.

To determine an appropriate fee we ask that you complete a questionnaire so that we can better understand your financial situation. The less complicated your case is, the lower your attorney fees will be. And, after your fees are determined in advance, you will know for sure the total cost of our services before we file your case.

* Little or no money down available if requested to begin case preparation on Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases. Courts require that legal and filing fees be paid before your Chapter 7 case is filed in court. This way you truly get a fresh start.

Criminal Defense & DUI Attorney Fees & Payment Plans

It's important to obtain an attorney immediately, and we will work with you to make our firm affordable.

We offer aggressive representation with little or no money down and we can offer affordable payment plans. Once you retain us, we can assign your case to the criminal defense attorney in our firm who is best suited to help you. We often accept monthly installment payments by check or you can pay us with a credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, so you can retain a DUI or criminal defense attorney by telephone with a credit card. Some people need the help of a friend or family member with legal fees and we can agree to accept your fees from another person if you prefer this option.

Each case has different facts and attorney fees vary based on how much work is involved or expected on each individual case. During your free office visit we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire, or you can fill out a questionnaire on-line located in our Free Consultation section. This will be reviewed by a supervising attorney or used to help determine how we can help you.
